WHY DO WE IGNORE THE OBVIOUS?

WHY DO WE IGNORE THE OBVIOUS?

By wakeup-world.com - Zen Gardner

I have a hard time with people not being willing to recognize what’s obviously in front of their faces. It’s a voluntary mind game people play with themselves to justify whatever it is they think they want. This is massively exacerbated by an array of social engineering tactics, many of which are to create the very mind sets and desires people so adamantly defend.
But that’s no excuse for a lack of simple conscious recognition and frankly makes absolutely no sense.
We can’t blame these manipulators for everything. Ultimately we all have free choice. Plainly seeing what’s right in front of our noses, no matter how well sold or disguised, is our human responsibility. That people would relinquish this innate right and capability totally escapes me.

The Handwriting On the Wall

Actually, it’s much more obvious than even that. Pointless wars costing millions of innocent lives, poisoned food, air and water, demolished resources, manipulated economies run by elitist bankers who nonchalantly lend money with conditions for “interest”, corporate profiteering at any cost to humanity, a medical system built on sickness instead of health, media mindmush poisoning children and adults alike, draconian clampdowns for any reason, and on and on.
Why is this not obvious to people that something is seriously wrong, and clearly intended to be just the way it is? Do they really think it’s gonna iron itself out, especially with clearly psychopathic power mad corrupt maniacs in charge?
That’s what they’ll tell you. “Give it time, we’re just going through a hiccup. Everything works out…” yada yada. Why? Because that’s what they want to believe. And the constructed world system is waiting with open arms to reinforce that insanity. And “Heck, if millions of others feel the same as me I can’t possibly be wrong.”

Fear of Drawing Conclusions

That’s pretty much the bottom line. Acceptance for seeming security. However, if even one of these inroads of control vectors becomes clear to people then their whole world threatens to turn upside down. When two or more start appearing then the discomfort becomes quite intense, and that’s when the decision takes place. Either they keep pursuing this line of awakened thought or they shut it down.
It’s all about comfort. And what a deceptive thing that is! Call it sleepwalking to oblivion or what have you, it’s endemic to today’s dumbed-down society. This is why the education system was their primary target since way back, conditioning humanity from childhood to not think analytically but to simply repeat whatever is in their carefully sculpted curriculum.
But most of all do not question authority.
We see this in the news cycle daily and how people react, or should I say don’t react. They’re taught that until the so-called authorities determine what really happened, whodunnit and all the rest, they’re not allowed to make any sort of judgement. No matter how obvious, whether it’s the “suicide” of a prominent whistleblower by several impossible gunshots to the head or clearly engineered false flag events, they won’t form a decision until they get the “signal” it’s OK to think that way.

5 MYTHS THAT MAKE BEING HEALTHY SO MUCH HARDER THAN IT HAS TO BE

5 MYTHS THAT MAKE BEING HEALTHY SO MUCH HARDER THAN IT HAS TO BE

While exercising regularly and eating nutritious food are certainly great habits, being healthy isn’t just about squats and veggies. As a recovered health nut and now a life and happiness coach, I know there’s a lot more to it. Health is also about our emotional, mental, relational and spiritual well-being.
With that in mind, here are the most common myths I hear that get health wrong — and the healthier M.O.s you should adopt instead:

Myth #1: Fitness comes first.
Truth: While it might seem like prioritizing workouts over trivia night is the healthy choice, that’s not necessarily the case. Studies have shown that social ties and relationships might actually be more vital to our health than exercise! That means it’s just as important to make time for that weekly night out as it is for spinning class.
Besides, isn’t spending quality time with friends and family part of the whole point of being healthy?
What to do instead: Put fitness in its proper place and prioritize relationships by planning your workouts around your life — not your life around your workouts.
Myth #2: You are what you eat.
Truth: Your worth has zero to do with what you eat. Food does not define you or say anything about your character. You aren’t a bad person for eating a cheesy slice of pizza, and you aren’t necessarily a good one for abstaining from it.
Moralizing what you eat lends itself to viewing yourself as “bad” or “good” based on your diet. Guilt and shame follow so-called "wrong" eating, while eating “right” only gives you a short-term, false sense of self-worth. This sort of relationship with food gives it a lot of control over your life, and can lead to disordered eating.
What to do instead: Stop labeling foods as "good" or "bad." Separate who you are, your worth, and your character from what you eat.

CHICKEN BACON KALE AND SPAGHETTI SQUASH HASH

CHICKEN BACON KALE AND SPAGHETTI SQUASH HASH

By sweet-treats-baking.blogspot.fr

Serves 2-4

3 Strips of Bacon
1.15 lb Chicken Thighs
Sea Salt
2 Onions, sliced
5 c (100 g) Kale, ribs removed & chopped
3 c (325 g) Cooked Spaghetti Squash strands
Sea Salt, for serving

In a cast-iron skillet fry the bacon over medium high heat, flipping as necessary. When the bacon is golden, remove from the pan & reserve for garnish at the end. Leave the drippings in the pan.   Sprinkle the chicken thighs with salt & sauté them in the bacon drippings until they reach an internal temperature of 165 F. Transfer the cooked chicken thighs to a cutting board.   In the same pan, with the drippings from the bacon & chicken, caramelize the onions over low heat, stirring occasionally. This process may take more than 20 minutes.   Once the onions are golden brown, increase the heat to medium low and add the chopped kale and cook, stirring occasionally, until the kale wilts slightly. Meanwhile, chop up the cooked chicken thighs. Add the spaghetti squash to the skillet.  Toss to combine.   Add the chicken pieces and continue to cook until heated through.  Portion onto plates Chop the cooked bacon and sprinkle, along with some sea salt (or other pink or sea salt) and serve.   Store any leftovers in the refrigerator or freeze for longevity.

BACON AND MUSHROOM STUFFED TURKEY MEATLOAF

BACON AND MUSHROOM STUFFED TURKEY MEATLOAF

Serves: 8

INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ lb ground turkey, can also use ground beef
80ml/⅓ cup tomato puree or tomato sauce, make sure tomato is the only ingredients
1 large egg, beaten
1 ½ tbsp golden flax meal, or can use 40g/¼ cup almond meal instead
¾ tsp sea salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
⅓ cup minced onion * optional, (not everybody likes onions)
3 cloves peeled minced garlic
100g/½ cup chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp gluten free Worcestershire sauce, or can use 2 tbsp coconut amino sauce
3 slices uncooked bacon, I used the nitrate free kind
4 slices Swiss cheese or any other favourite cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350° F (177 °C), and grease or oil a 9x4 standard size loaf pan. In a medium size skillet over medium high heat melt the 2 tbsp butter. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Stir occasionally and heat for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Stir in, remove from stove top and let cool.  In a large mixing bowl combine: 1 ¼ lb ground turkey, ⅓ cup tomato sauce, 1 large egg, 1 ½ tbsp flax meal or ¼ cup almond meal, ¾ tsp sea salt, and ½ tsp black pepper. Combine thoroughly.  Add all the butter mushroom garlic mixture to the meatloaf mixture. Stir and combine thoroughly. Add half of meatloaf mixture to the loaf pan and spread across the bottom of the pan with a rubber scraper or the back of a spoon.  Layer 3 slices of uncooked bacon on top of the meatloaf layer, as seen in photo above. Layer the optional cheese slices on top of the bacon.  Add the other half of meatloaf mixture to the top bacon & cheese layer, and spread across the loaf pan to cover the last layer.  Bake in oven for 60 minutes. Might need a little more or less time, depending on your oven. Remove from oven, and serve.

10 SIGNS YOU ARE UNDER TOO MUCH STRESS

10 SIGNS YOU ARE UNDER TOO MUCH STRESS

By lifehack.org - Matt Duczeminski

If you’ve ever been through a time in your life in which you were constantly stressed out, you probably felt less and less like “yourself” each day, and more like a worn out shell of a human. While you may have thought “This stress is killing me,” you most likely persevered through the tough times without really doing anything to alleviate your pains. However, doing so only prolongs and exacerbates the issue at hand, and causes long-lasting detrimental effects to your body if left unchecked. Know the signs of stress before it overtakes you completely.

1. You’re exhausted

If you have trouble getting out of bed everyday, despite getting a full night’s rest, you’re probably clinically exhausted. Jane Pernotto Ehrman, M. Ed., a behavioral health specialist at Cleveland Clinic’s Wellness Institute, reports, “Stress is an energy-drainer, because it secretly sends all of your body systems into overdrive.” Since your body feels like it’s working overtime, even getting a good night’s sleep is not enough to recharge it for the following day. Take action to reduce the stress in your life. Your body will thank you.

2. You can’t sleep
Ironically, despite being incredibly exhausted at all times, when you’re stressed out it becomes increasingly more difficult to actually fall sleep. Stress-related insomnia stems from not being able to stop thinking about all your obligations in life, combined with the fact that your body is still in “overdrive mode” regardless of what time it is. And, of course, since you can’t sleep, you’ll be even more exhausted the following day, which will only serve to increase your stress load.

3. You’re always sick

Obviously, if you’re having trouble sleeping, sickness will follow shortly after insomnia has taken hold. Since your body has been working overtime during this stressful period, it hasn’t had any time to actually recover from any minor illness or disease that has crept in, and you’ll have a hard time fighting off even the smallest cold. Studies have shown your immune system becomes suppressed by about 30% when you’re stressed out. Taking a “mental health day” is often a euphemism for “skipping work,” but sometimes it needs to be done in order to maintain a healthy mind and body.

PALEO COCONUT MACAROONS

PALEO COCONUT MACAROONS

By onegreenplanet.org - Rebecca Hughes

I love coconut and these macaroons are so delicious

Serves:10 to 12 balls

Ingredients:
80g/1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1 Tbsp coconut flour
120ml/1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp coconut milk
3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F/175C.    Line a baking tray with baking paper or non-stick reusable baking sheet.    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.    Heat the mixture to a high heat and simmer for about two minutes or until thickened so that it is firm enough to scoop out in ball shapes.    Remove from the heat. Scoop into balls onto the baking sheet. Use a rounded tablespoon, melon baller or ice cream scoop.    Place in the oven and bake for 5 to 15 minutes. Time depends on the type of oven you have. Check after 5 minutes, and bake until they are golden brown on top.    Remove from the oven once cooked and transfer to a cooling rack. The macaroons are slightly fragile so let them cool and set before removing from the tray.

21 HEALTH TRICKS TO TEACH YOUR BODY

21 HEALTH TRICKS TO TEACH YOUR BODY

 By wakeup-world.com - April McCarthy

Whether it’s curing a throat tickle, resolving your headache in minutes or experiencing supersonic hearing, these 21 tricks are proven methods of fooling your body to achieve a desired result, whether that’s relieving pain or just having fun.

1. Cure a Tickling Throat

When you were 9, playing your armpit was a cool trick. Now, as an adult, you can still appreciate a good body-based feat, especially if it serves as a health remedy. Take that tickle in your throat: It’s not worth gagging over. Here’s a better way to scratch your itch: Scratch your ear. “When the nerves in the ear are stimulated, it creates a reflex in the throat that can cause a muscle spasm,” says Scott Schaffer, M.D., president of an ear, nose, and throat specialty center in Gibbsboro, New Jersey. “This spasm relieves the tickle.”

2. Experience Supersonic Hearing

If you’re stuck chatting up a mumbler at a cocktail party, lean in with your right ear. It’s better than your left at following the rapid rhythms of speech, according to researchers at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. If, on the other hand, you’re trying to identify that song playing softly in the elevator, turn your left ear toward the sound. The left ear is better at picking up music tones.

3. Calm Yourself With Cold Water

Nerves getting the best of you. Take a deep breath and splash cold water on your face. This triggers the mammalian diving reflex that is genetically in all animals including humans. The lower temperature of the water and you holding your breath also causes your body to think it’s diving into cold water. This reflex allows you to use oxygen more efficiently.

4. Overcome Your Most Primal Urge To Pee

Need to pee? No bathroom nearby? Fantasize about what ever turns you on. Thinking about sex and arousing fantasies preoccupies your brain, so you won’t feel as much discomfort, says Larry Lipshultz, M.D., chief of male reproductive medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine.

5. Feel No Pain While Giving Blood

Love donating blood but hate the needle prick? German researchers have discovered that coughing during a needle stick can lessen the pain. According to Taras Usichenko, author of a study on the phenomenon, the trick causes a sudden, temporary rise in pressure in the chest and spinal canal, inhibiting the pain-conducting structures of the spinal cord.

6. Swallow Your Horse-Sized Supplements

Those huge health supplements are sometimes a pain to swallow. Want to swallow more than one at a time without gagging? Try this trick to get them down: take a drink of water, and tilt your head forward instead of backward. The capsule should float, and will be at the back of your throat, ready to swallow.

7. Clear Your Stuffed Nose

Forget Sudafed. Here’s an easier, quicker, and cheaper remedy to relieve sinus pressure: Alternate thrusting your tongue against the roof of your mouth, then pressing between your eyebrows with one finger. This causes the vomer bone, which runs through the nasal passages to the mouth, to rock back and forth, says Lisa DeStefano, D.O., an assistant professor at the Michigan State University college of osteopathic medicine. The motion loosens congestion; after 20 seconds, you’ll feel your sinuses start to drain.

8. Fight Acid Reflux By Sleeping Position

Worried that chilli will repeat on you tonight? Try this preventive remedy: “Sleep on your left side,” says Anthony A. Starpoli, M.D., a New York City gastroenterologist and assistant professor of medicine at New York Medical College. Studies have shown that patients who sleep on their left sides are less likely to suffer from acid reflux. The esophagus and stomach connect at an angle. When you sleep on your right, the stomach is higher than the esophagus, allowing food and stomach acid to slide up your throat. When you’re on your left, the stomach is lower than the esophagus, so gravity’s in your favour.

CELIAC/GLUTEN INTOLLERANCE: ARE WE CHASING THE WRONG VILLAIN?

CELIAC/GLUTEN INTOLLERANCE: ARE WE CHASING THE WRONG VILLAIN?

By knowledgeofhealth.com - Bill Sardi

Here is an article about gluten intolerance and celiac disease.  The article shows a study that was carried out on patients suffering from celiac disease.

They obtained biopsies and then added vitamin C to the lab dishes containing gut tissue.  They found dramatic results.  Vitamin C may play a role in regulation of the anti inflammatory response.  It has been suggested that it can be useful for the induction of tolerance or auto antigens.  The implication of vitamin C in tolerance induction is interesting.  It goes on to suggest that people with celiac disease could be deficient in Vitamin C as many symptoms on the list for celiac disease are also the symptoms of scurvy.

3 SIGNS YOUR HIGHER SELF GIVES YOU EVERY DAY

3 SIGNS YOUR HIGHER SELF GIVES YOU EVERY DAY

By thespiritscience.net - Steven Bancarz

Who and what are you?  When you talk about “yourself”, who are you really talking about?  The mind-identified self that daydreams and thinks all day? The body-identified self that associates itself as being this flesh blog vehicle?
We live our lives as these thinking bodies that travel through space, and sometimes don’t step to question what this “I” really is.  We react, we speak, we do what we need to do, all as a mind-body.  We get so comfortable with how it feels to be a mind-body that we forget about a 3rd aspect of our being.  The soul.  The soul is not separate from you.  It is not some abstract thing that you have.  It’s what you are.  But in our society it’s so easy to feel disconnect from our TRUE self (the soul), that we often times mistake it for being the voice of God or a Higher Self that exists in some other plane of existence.

Your Higher Self is actually you, beneath the egoic self that confuses its identity with the thinker and the body.  Some people believe the Higher Self to be the part of you that exists in the ether, and this may be true, but wouldn’t the soul exist within the ether as well? After all, it’s non-physical and most exist on some level of reality.
This Higher Self is morally perfect, wise, and is guiding you through this journey as you pretend to be a human being for a little while.  It is constantly sending us signs that will point us in the direct of evolution, love, and truth.  These are signs that are from You beneath the conscious level, to you at the conscious level.  Here are 3 signs that your Higher Self has been giving you:

1) Synchronicities

You may notice that there are some coincidences that are happening in your life that just CAN’T be attributed to chance.  Looking at the clock and seeing numbers repeat over and over again is a very common sign people experience as they begin to get in touch with the deeper aspects of themselves.  This is always a sign that you are on the right track.  Maybe your friend calls you right after you were thinking about them, or you get a new job opportunity right when you were thinking about quitting your job.
More important than individual cases of synchronicities is the general vibe that life seems to be working with you for a change.  OR, the general vibe that things aren’t ever working for you.  One is a sign from your Higher Self to continue on doing what you are doing, and one is a sign that you need to stop, reflect, and get centered.  I personally stub my toe and break stuff a lot when I am trapped in my head entertaining angry or resentful thoughts.  It’s so uncanny.  I will be arguing with someone and coming from an unconscious space and will start stumbling over my words or will trip on something.
Maybe you have been complaining all day, and keep noticing misfortunes keep happening over and over the more you complain.  Pay attention to little things like this.  Our Higher Selves are always in our corner trying to direct us with little signs like these back to a state of higher consciousness.

10 NATURAL HERBAL ALTERNATIVES TO PROZAC AND SLEEP MEDICATIONS

10 NATURAL HERBAL ALTERNATIVES TO PROZAC AND SLEEP MEDICATIONS

By healthy-holistic-living.com

Tylenol and Advil are the big ones: the names everyone knows. We don’t call it Ibuprofen, we say Advil. But we’re only turning to these drugs because of Big Pharma’s deep pockets and relentless attitude to keep us sick while they make a buck.

Pills vs. Herbs

Most of these herbal remedies can be found in pill form. They, however, are usually just the herb in a capsule free of scientifically developed chemical ingredients and potential toxins that harm your body more than they help.
And when you’re looking to calm down and feel at ease enough to get some sleep you don’t want side effects.
Big Pharma doesn’t want you knowing about these herbal remedies because they’re actually useful. Some of these herbal remedies have been used for centuries in Ancient asian remedies. Others have medicinal properties that are just being revealed.

Top 10 Herbal Sleep Remedies

Always talk to your health care professional before starting any new treatment. Many of the herbs on this list are emmenagogues meaning they stimulate blood flow to the pelvic region, and should not be taken while pregnant.

Ashwaganda

Voted “Best Herb of 2007” by our friends at Kitchen Table Medicine this adaptogenic herb is a great stress reliever. Most of the herbs on this list are known for their easing and sleep-inducing properties, but Ashwaganda – taken as a tea or capsulated form of the organic root – can be used to calm aggravated minds during stressful days.

Schisandra

Referred to as “Chinese Prozac” Schisandra is commonly underused and underappreciated in Western herbal medicine circles. Another adaptogenic herb, Schisandra is a terrific day time herb but is also a powerful stress-easing night-time medicine.
A cup of Schisandra tea in the morning and afternoon, or a capsule with breakfast and lunch can calm a worried mind and will prepare you for sleep as the day closes. The berries of this plant can be used to enhance blood flow and libido.

BAKED SWEET POTATO BITES

BAKED SWEET POTATO BITES

By healthy-holistic-living.com

Approx 600g/3 cups sweet potatoes
Approx 200g/1 cup grated raw parmesan cheese, plus more for rolling tots in
salt and pepper to taste

(You could also add in some herbs or spices to the sweet potatoes.  I added in some paprika and dried oregano).

Instructions
Peel and quarter sweet potatoes.    Steam them until just starting to get tender, but not cooked through.  In a food processor, pulse sweet potato until small crumbles form.   In a bowl combine sweet potatoes and cheese, mash together with your hands until well combined.   Form into balls (I used this tool to get uniform balls) and roll in parmesan until lightly coated.   Place onto cookie sheet and bake at 425* for 10-15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes to cook evenly on all sides.   These freeze very well, but freeze after rolling into balls — do not bake first.   Freeze them on a baking tray and then place into a freezer bag so they don’t stick together.

GREEN TEA AND YOUR BLADDER

GREEN TEA AND YOUR BLADDER

By suzycohen.com

There is always some kind of tea in my house, including green tea which millions of people drink every day. Known botanically as Camellia sinensis, green tea contains epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) which provides powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-fibrosis and cell protective benefits. It is well-known for it’s anti-cancer effects.

Practitioners frequently use green tea as a diuretic to rid your body of excess fluid.  The EGCG and other compounds are super strong antioxidants. Today, I want to focus on the relationship between green tea and your bladder. This is particularly important if you  find yourself ‘toilet mapping’ whenever you go out or need frequent treks to the restroom all day long.

Most people take their bladder for granted, until night time trips to the potty begin to ruin your sleep. In come the incontinence drugs such as the anticholinergics which can cause terrific dry mouth and blurred vision. Topical estrogen may help tone the bladder, but synthetic non-bioidentical estrogen carries terrible risk to your reproductive organs.

As a pharmacist, there are many drugs, but the most effective cure I believe is through pelvic floor training. You’ll need a certified biofeedback therapist for that. How about something simple like green tea?

In a recent randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 46 men with bladder and urinary tract symptoms participated in a 3 month trial (Therapeutic Advances in Urology). These men had difficulties with urinary flow, inability to fully empty their bladder and erectile dysfunction.  A simple lab test evaluated levels of  the inflammatory compound C-reactive protein or CRP.  Men drank a green tea blend that significantly helped them with their various discomforts by up to 35 percent. Urinary flow improved and CRP was lowered.  Symptoms of erectile dysfunction improved as well.

What about UTIs?

If you’re prone to these, there are many studies including one in Frontiers in Biology, that discuss how green tea acts like an antibiotic killing E. Coli in the bladder and urinary tract and how the growth of deadly MRSA can even be inhibited. These antimicrobial effects come in handy if you’re susceptible to UTIs.

Green tea extract isn’t for everyone. It can cause unwanted diuresis in some people! This happened to a friend of mine right before we entered the mall. She literally urinated in her pants from taking a supplement (an over-the-counter diet pill) that contained green tea extract. So it’s not right for everyone, however I stand firm when I tell you that it could help some women with post-menopausal bladder problems. It’s something to discuss with your practitioner.

5 ATTACHMENTS TO RELEASE ON THE PATH OF ENLIGHTENMENT

5 ATTACHMENTS TO RELEASE ON THE PATH OF ENLIGHTENMENT

By wakeup-world.com - Wes Annac

You probably don’t need me to tell you that spirituality isn’t all about feeling positive or uplifted. The enlightenment path requires us to sacrifice things that hold us back and keep us from making spiritual progress, and maybe this is where the literal notion of religious sacrifice first originated; from the external and even internal sacrifices we have to make on the enlightenment path.
Why do we have to make sacrifices on the spiritual path? Because there are a lot of things here on Earth that stop us from making genuine progress toward enlightenment, so we are best to release or avoid these things if we want to elevate our consciousness and contribute to the awakening of others.
The purpose of self-sacrifice isn’t to boss ourselves around or give up things we cherish, unless they cause serious damage – it’s to detach from things that are destructive or which hold us back, so we can make room for more wholesome elements in our life, that accelerate our evolution.

Here, I’ll discuss five things you’ll want to consider releasing from your life, if your goal is to walk a spiritual path without falling back into limiting habits and mindsets. Taking steps to rid ourselves of these attachments right now will allow us to forge ahead with strength and clarity. Over time, they will fade away and eventually stop influencing our lives.

1. Negative or Toxic People

I’m sure we all know someone who seems overly negative or constantly upset with life. Energetically speaking, we’ll want to keep our distance from them for the sake of our spiritual growth.
We’re all subconsciously connected, and the words and actions of people we’re close with can affect us in a deeper way than we realize. When we’re around other people, we tend to be influenced (subconsciously or otherwise) by their expressions and, sometimes, their outbursts. If we aren’t careful, we can end up repeating or reflecting their behavior and energy, find ourselves frustrated with life or with the people around us, without even realizing we were influenced by someone else’s negativity.
With all of this said, we should remember that the issue isn’t always black and white. We might have a loved one who means a lot to us but who tends to dwell in negativity, or who has random or not so random outbursts (or their opinion on any issue may just be too pessimistic to take). We don’t want to abandon our family or people we’re close with just because of their (relative) negativity, so we’ll have to find some kind of middle ground. We don’t want to spend so much time with them that they start to influence us, but we don’t want to avoid them just because we don’t like how they feel, or express themselves.
Walking a true path of enlightenment, we’ll want to stay balanced and listen to our intuition when we’re met with any difficult relationships and circumstances. Our intuition will help us to make the best and most helpful decisions to our spiritual wellbeing. It is also possible to spend time with a pessimistic or angry loved one while finding ways to stay impervious to their negativity.
