INTERMITTENT FASTING FOR WOMEN OVER 40

NEXT COURSE STARTS 7TH AUGUST

Are you a woman over 40?

have you been yo yo dieting?

Are you finding that what worked for you
when you were younger is not working for you now?

Are you eating healthily and exercising but
not seeing any results and the belly fat is not budging?

I have been studying intermittent fasting
over the last year and have been including this into my life with great
results.

In my 20’s and 30’s I suffered from
terrible digestion and I had very dry skin.
My digestion crashed 4 years ago and I have been on a healing journey
ever since and learning about eating for better health and wellbeing.

Today I am leaner, have more energy and
have more mental clarity than I did when I was younger.  I am now 49.

I wanted to learn more about how
intermittent fasting can improve health and help the body to lose the weight
that it doesn’t need.  This can then
begin the process for your body to heal itself.

The body is always on your side and will do
everything it can to help you to stay alive, it will never betray you although
sometimes you may think so!  Every woman
is different and that is why following someone elses diet will not work for
you.  You have to work with your own body
and create a way of eating and lifestyle habits to suit your needs.  You can then begin to create a healthy life
where you are cutting your risk of developing diseases later in life and also
being able to have more energy, more mental clarity and feel great inside and
out.

I am looking for women who are fed up of
following someone elses diet plan and wants to see the benefits of being a
healthy woman, is this you?

I have created a Intermittent Fasting
Course where I teach you about the benefits of Intermittent Fasting and how it
benefits your health and fat loss

WHAT THE COURSE INCLUDES:
A supportive environment with other like
minded women
Learn about intermittent fasting and the
many anti ageing benefits

COCONUT OIL AND THE MYTHS SURROUNDING CHOLESTEROL AND HEART DISEASE

COCONUT OIL AND THE MYTHS SURROUNDING CHOLESTEROL AND HEART DISEASE

The AHA (American Heart Association) has released a report that coconut oil is a saturated fat and considers it unhealthy. They do not say, however, that you should stop eating saturated fat. They are recommending limiting fat to 30g for a man (about 2 tablespoons) and 20g for a women (about 1.33 tablespoons). I don’t think a lot of people will be eating more than that per day.

They also recommend that we should eat more vegetable oils, which is totally wrong advice as this will cause inflammation in the body and cause more health risks. We do need a balance of omega 6 fats in the diet but not the kind of omega 6 fats found in vegetable oils such as sunflower oil.

There is some truth in the AHA report. They are recommending to eat a mediteranean diet which includes olives, olive oil, nuts and seeds.

This report has been put together because the pharmaceutical companies and food manufacturers are worried that we are all paying more attention to our health and eating for better health therefore reducing the amount of prescriptions being issued and refusing to eat foods that are bad for our health.

It really isn’t that simple just to say that coconut oil is a saturated fat and is unhealthy to eat. There is more to it than that. Coconut oil has many benefits, its anti microbial, you don’t need bile to ingest it, it is great for energy levels and for brain health too to help prevent alzheimers, seizures and depression. Our brain is 65% fat after all.

ARE YOU AN ANTI AGEING WOMAN?

ARE YOU AN ANTI AGEING WOMAN?

I am a healthy ageing women, who do you want to be?

Age is just a number.  You have the power to be the woman you want to be in your 40's, 50's and beyond. You can get older without the signs of ageing.  You will probably associate age with gaining weight, not having lots of energy, feeling frumpy, having aches and pains, high blood pressure, risk of diseases.  It really doesn't have to be that way and you can make changes now to be healthy, look good and feel good inside and out.

I’m for a women who:-

Is serious about her health

Wants to make her own decisions about her health and doesn’t play the victim and just takes the medication to solve her symptoms

Takes advice from me and understands at the end of the day its her decision whether to follow that advice or not and accepts responsibility if she doesn’t

Wants to learn why her body is out of balance and what to do about it
Is open to changing the way she looks at herself, food and life

Wants to get in touch with her feminine side and feel a deep connection with herself
Committed to create a healthy way of eating that works for her and knows that diets don’t work

She doesn’t want vanilla in her life, she wants hot spices

She is excited about being an ageing woman and what the future can bring
Wants to be confident and have a “can do” attitude

Is kind to herself and accepts the challenge of growth as she makes changes in her mid life journey

Wants to be happy and fulfilled and doesn’t apologise for taking time out for herself
Wants a better relationship with food and better relationships with others

I’m not for women who:-

Wants a quick fix and an easy ride to see instant changes to being an anti ageing woman

Who just want to moan and groan and are not open to changes in their diet and lifestyle
Who just want to complain about their health and symptoms to receive sympathy and attention seeking

Makes excuses about the changes she needs to make

Who won’t go “all in” to make changes they need to make

Who can’t make up their minds and sit on the fence

Make excuses about what they can and can’t do

Who are in it for themselves and not sympathetic or want to support other women

She knows that I can help her to get her hormones balanced so she can look good and feel good inside and out.
