WHAT IS STOPPING YOU FROM MAKING CHANGES



Changes can be a bit scary especially when it can affect your day to day life, changing the way you eat, changing the way you exercise and live your life.  



For women over 40, you probably have your comforts, you have your routines and so thinking about changes makes you feel a bit uncomfortable.



I am here to tell you that I have been there.  I made changes in my life 5 years ago and I have never looked back.  In my 40's I feel much healthier and have more energy and sleep better.

The skin has two layers the dermis and the epidermis.  The skin protects you from harsh weather and the environmental toxins that are everywhere and can affect the health of your skin.  As you age, the skin cells turnover is reduced.
